Peter Barnard is an interdisciplinary artist, who predominately works in sound, moving image, sculpture
and installation. Much of his output ranges from interactive sound-based installations to sculptural assemblages while engaging with recurring themes concerning dualism, memory and representation.

Wall-based work presenting two halves of a 7” vinyl disc and a cake decorating plate combined together to form a work that repurposes the music record as a sculptural object with minimalistic sensibilities, underscored by the choice of synthetic material and arrangement of the assemblages.
